LECTURES & KEYNOTE SPEAKING

Dave Stoecklein is currently available as a lecturer and keynote speaker and has spoken at events all over the world. He has appeared at museums, galleries, schools, photography clubs, and more.

Dave presents the images and knowledge he has gained from more than 40 years of documenting the West and commercial advertising work. His hour-long presentation includes a dynamic slideshow titled “Photographing the West,” a DVD of favorite photographs from his collection, and anecdotes from his time on the road. In addition, Dave discusses images and layouts from his well-known commercial shoots, followed by an open discussion period.

Dave Stoecklein is one of the accomplished master photographers in Canon’s “Explorers of Light” education and inspiration program and for the past three years, he has been recognized by the editors of True West magazine as the “Best Living Photographer of the West.” The distinguished award is given each year as part of the magazine’s “Best of the West” issue.
